Hi, My name is Heba, and I am a medical student from Gaza.

My family and I have endured unimaginable pain during this war. We lost our home, my father’s job, and most painfully, our beloved siblings Alaa, Malak, and Abdelrahman. Their absence has left a permanent emptiness in our hearts. In their honor, I am determined to continue my journey of education and to help my remaining siblings do the same.I am now in my fourth year of medical school and continuing my studies abroad with immense effort and limited resources.

Despite the challenges, I hold onto my dream of becoming a doctor who can serve people in need, especially those who have suffered injuries and trauma like so many in Gaza.I also want to shine a light on my younger siblings, Abdelaziz and Ola. Both recently finished their tawjihi exams ( high school exams) and are about to begin their university studies. Abdelaziz dreams of studying medicine so he can help the injured, and Ola is passionate about nutrition and wants to build her future in this field. Like me, they are determined to rise above hardship, but they need support to continue their educational path.Every contribution to this campaign is not just a donation. It is a lifeline that helps us honor the memory of our siblings, protect the dreams of those still with us, and give us the chance to build a brighter future.
