Hello, my name is Ali, and I am a father from Gaza. ‍

I am writing to you from the rubble of what used to be my home. Before the war, my children woke up every morning to the smell of breakfast and the sound of each other's laughter. My eldest would argue about who gets the bathroom first. My youngest would hide under the blanket just to make us chase her. These were ordinary moments, the kind you never think to photograph because you assume they will always be there.They are gone now.Our home was destroyed. We have no shelter, no stable food, no safety. My children, who should be sitting in classrooms and dreaming of their futures, are instead asking me questions I do not know how to answer: "Baba, will we sleep inside tonight? Baba, are we going to be okay?"

I have no words for them. Only the desperate hope that someone, somewhere, will hear us.I am not asking you to solve the war. I am asking you to help one family survive it.Every dollar you give acts as a direct building block for our survival: it goes toward securing daily clean water, emergency food baskets, and finding a secure makeshift shelter or tent to protect my children from the harsh elements.
